<p>The invention relates to a device and a method for the precise, efficient, reliable and rapid filtration of molecules for application with a low rate of molecular loss, which may be upgraded and permits automated molecular filtration according to one or more given parameters. The filtration device (10) for molecules (3) comprises three filtration zones (11a-11c), each provided with filtration reservoirs (1) in which a solution containing the molecules (3) for filtration are placed. At least one of the filtration reservoirs (1) is separated into two chambers by an isoelectric filter (4), permitting only selective passage of molecules (3) as a function of the isoelectric point (pl) thereof on subjection to an electric field generated by electrodes (5). Said filtration device (10) comprises a mechanical tool holder (20) particularly for support of one or several pairs of electrodes (5) in order to simultaneously carry out the isoelectric filtration in one or more filtration reservoirs (1).</p> |
