OPERATION CONTROLLER, OPERATION CONTROL METHOD, AND CO-GENERATION FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control method and an operation controller for realizing high use rate of heat of co-generation facility including a forced heat radiation device and to provide the co-generation facility using the operation controller.

SOLUTION: This co-generation facility 10 includes a hot-water storage tank 13 and a monitoring means 35 for monitoring operation demand of heat utilizing equipment 15 capable of setting a heat reserve condition and finish time of the hot-water storage tank 13. The co-generation facility 10 includes a control means 36, which estimates the time when the forced heat radiation device 18 operates based on operation schedule decided in advance of the hot-water storage tank 13 and the heat utilizing equipment 15 and the result of the monitoring means 35. It controls operation schedule so as to operate the heat utilizing equipment 15 at the time when it is estimated that the forced heat radiation device 18 operates within finish time of the heat utilizing equipment 15.
