摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control method and an operation controller for realizing high use rate of heat of co-generation facility including a forced heat radiation device and to provide the co-generation facility using the operation controller. <P>SOLUTION: This co-generation facility 10 includes a hot-water storage tank 13 and a monitoring means 35 for monitoring operation demand of heat utilizing equipment 15 capable of setting a heat reserve condition and finish time of the hot-water storage tank 13. The co-generation facility 10 includes a control means 36, which estimates the time when the forced heat radiation device 18 operates based on operation schedule decided in advance of the hot-water storage tank 13 and the heat utilizing equipment 15 and the result of the monitoring means 35.
