<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for a circulation flow surface-drainage culture having cleanliness and light weight, extremely convenient for the movement, installation, management, etc., effective for the efficient growth of plant and enabling the growth of any kind of plant. <P>SOLUTION: A vessel pot 2 made of an FRP resin and glass fiber and having high strength has a circulation flow surface-drainage function. A tree 15 planted in a hexagonal pot 3 is fixed in the vessel pot and water is supplied to the plant through a self-watering cloth to effect the steady growth of the plant. The water culture function is provided in a single pot to enable the smooth growth of large and small plants and the pot has light weight and high safety to enable easy movement and installation and is installable at any location. A small-sized motor is included in the single pot without using a large-scale water culture facility, the circulating water is overflowed from the whole brim of the upper water-storage tank to the lower water-storage tank to absorb oxygen in water, decompose the root acid and waste materials by oxidation reduction and clean the water quality, and the cleaned water is supplied to effect smooth water culture. The product has cleanliness, light weight and toughness, enables easy movement and installation, contains a water culture system having easy maintenance, and is installable at any place of a city to bring relief for person.
