<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent distortions, drop or the like of an insulation cylindrical member having a simple structure, and also to enable assuring desired sealing properties and insulation properties. <P>SOLUTION: A projection part 86 and a lip-shaped seal part 82 protruding on the opposite side of the projection part 86 are provided at a flange part 78 of a first insulating grommet 74. An orbiting groove part 90 of a rectangle shape is formed on an end plate 20a, a gap 93 is provided between the groove part 90 and the projection part 86, and also the lip-shaped sealing part 82 is projected outside from the groove part 90. When the lip-shaped sealing part 82 is contacted to a flat opposing member, the lip-shaped sealing part 82 is deformed toward the projection 86 side and stored in the gap 93. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
