<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club head constituted of a metal material and a fiber reinforced resin for preventing the occurrence of wrinkles on a resin member and a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The golf club head 1 includes: a head shell part M composed of the metal material and provided with an opening part O1; and the resin member FR composed of the fiber reinforced resin and disposed at the opening part O1, and is provided with a hollow part in the inside. The resin member FR is composed of a molding molded by integrally molding the layered body of two or more layers of prepregs of different resin contents with a size to cover the opening part O1 at the head shell part by an inner pressure molding method.
