<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film excellent in pen sliding properties which is used as a surface cover film or a transparent conductive film on the pen input surface side of a pen input transparent touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: In the hard coat film, a coat layer of a resin composition containing 0.1-10 pts. wt. of an ultraviolet curable silicone resin having a molecular weight of 500-20,000 per 100 pts. wt. of an ultraviolet curable acrylate resin is formed on at least one side of a substrate film, and the silicone resin has (meth)acrylic groups which can react with the acrylate resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
