<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide highly operable information terminal equipment for converting various language information into non-language information, and for notifying it and a network system using the information terminal equipment. <P>SOLUTION: This information terminal equipment is provided with an external information detecting means for sensing external information such as the the operation of a person, the movement of an object and the change of an environment, and for converting the external information into an electric signal, a conversion rule control means for preliminarily storing data acquired by associating this electric signal with semantic information having predetermined meaning, and for extracting the semantic information associated with the electric signal from the data, and for converting the electric signal into the semantic information, and for converting the converted semantic information into preliminarily decided prescribed color information and a display means for converting the color information into an electric signal for driving a light emitting body, and for making the light emitting body emit lights in a predetermined color, and for displaying it.
