PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a skin-integrated foamed molding sheet for a vehicle by a seat cover which openably forms a back leather part by slide fasteners and can easily treat a terminal on the side of a lower part. SOLUTION: The back leather part 13 openably joined by the slide fasteners 15a and 15b is provided, a bottom surface gore part 14 turning around from the lower side to the rear side of a front leather part 10 is formed, the lower terminals of back right and left gore parts 12b and 12c, the rear terminal of the bottom surface gore part 14, the lower terminal of the back leather part 13, and the rear terminal of the bottom surface gore part 14 are joined together by engagement fasteners 17a, 17b, 18, and 19 so that the seat cover 1 sealing the bottom part side by the bottom surface gore part 14 is provided.
