INJECTION MOLD, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND PLASTIC OPTICAL LENS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the eccentricity of a lens manufactured by injection molding. SOLUTION: Positioning members 36 are composed of protruded members and recessed members positioned by fitting and, in a state that a fixed template 32 equipped with one of the positioning members and a movable template 43 equipped with the other one of them are brought into close contact with the other to fit the protruded members and the recessed members, a through-hole immediately piercing the fixed template 32 and the movable template 43 is formed from one direction. A fixed mirror surface core 33 having a molding surface 33b is inserted in the through-hole of the fixed template 32 and a movable molding core 45 having a molding surface 45b is inserted in the through-hole of the movable template 43 through a ball retainer 46 constituted by holding a plurality of spheres in a rotatable manner by the peripheral wall of a holding cylinder. The injection molding of a transparent resin is performed using the fixed template 32 and the movable template 43 to manufacture the plastic optical lens. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
