PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an electric leakage trouble caused by the severance of high voltage wire. SOLUTION: When a vehicle frame member 50 is deformed, a bracket 60 fitted to the vehicle frame member 50 is displaced following to the deformation. Furthermore, an inverter 20 fixed to the vehicle frame member 50 through the bracket 60 is also displaced following to the displacement of the bracket 60. That is, the bracket 60 and the inverter 20 are also displaced following to the deformation of the vehicle frame member 50, therefore, the mutual relative displacement amount of the vehicle frame member 50, the bracket 60, and the inverter 20 is small. Moreover, the high voltage wire fitted to the bracket 60 is also displaced following to the displacement of the bracket 60. Thus, the high voltage wire is housed in a space secured between the vehicle frame member 50 and the inverter 20 even after a collision, and a possibility of being caught between the vehicle frame member 50 and the inverter 20 is reduced drastically.
