PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism, by which the called party can intuitively grasp the calling party's situation, in advance of responding to an incoming call. SOLUTION: A memory 15 stores musical piece data D representing ringing tones. A controller 11 acquires parameter designated data, according to the input to a calling mobile communications terminal 10a; and an incoming call is terminated from the calling mobile communications terminal 10a, the controller changes a parameter for ringing tones represented by the musical piece data D stored in the memory 15, based on the parameter designation data, and directs a sound emitting device 172 to output the changed ringer tones.
