PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pot type yoke or the like with which a loudspeaker apparatus can be made thin. SOLUTION: The speaker apparatus includes the pot-type yoke and a frame. The pot-type yoke includes a body part and a bottom part coupled to each other. The body part further includes a flange part and a projection. The pot-type yoke is made, by coupling an inner circumferential edge of the body part to the outer circumferential edge of the bottom part. The pot-type yoke is fitted to the frame. More specifically, the projection formed on the upper side of the flange part is inserted to an opening formed on the inner circumferential edge of the frame and the lower side of the inner circumferential edge of the frame is overlapped with the upper side of the flange part. Then a caulking tool is used to caulk the projection. Thus, the pot-type yoke is fitted to the frame. In the loudspeaker apparatus manufactured, the inner circumferential edge of the frame is arranged at the lower side of the pot-type yoke. Thus, the frame is arranged overall on at the side of the pot-type yoke. Then the distance from the upper end of the frame to the lower end of the pot-type yoke is reduced to attain the low profile of the loudspeaker apparatus. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
