PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a close investigation/incidental batch processing system which can collectively conduct close investigation processing and incidental processing, which are indispensable as routine work, without skill and remarkably reducing an outsourcing cost even if a financial institution such as a bank and the like commissions an external firm, which is not accustomed to operating an ATM device, to operate an ATM device in the operation of an ATM device. SOLUTION: The medium inventory state monitor network 40 of a firm (a), which is an external consignee, is connected to bank account networks 20, 21, ... via a WAN.
