PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an external instrument from malfunction by avoiding a low level signal of a logical level of a control signal of a serial control bus to become high, when transmitting the control signal of the serial control bus to the external instrument. SOLUTION: When the control signal of the serial control bus is transmitted to a device in an apparatus by controlling an input voltage of one input terminal of a comparator by a transistor, an external output of the serial control bus connected to the other input terminal of the comparator is turned OFF and when the control signal of the serial control bus is transmitted to the external instrument, the external output of the serial control bus connected to the other input terminal of the comparator is turned ON.
