PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal mask plate whereby the transparency of an operational area (100A) is not damaged even though the metal mask plate is used repeatedly in order to seal electronic components (120) by a resin. SOLUTION: An escaping recessed portion (7) is provided in the region of the metal mask plate which includes at least a projection region whereon an opposite operational area (100A) of a touch panel (102) to the metal mask plate is projected in the state of the metal mask plate covering the touch panel (102). Since the metal mask plate is not contacted with the portion of the touch panel (102) wherein the operational area (100A) is set, even though sealing resins (106) and contaminants, etc. are stuck on the metal mask plate, they are not stuck on the operational area (100A), and the visual field of the operational area (100A) is not interrupted.
