PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-proof sheet for a heat insulating structure which has an electromagnetic shield function, and in which no problems on production occur, and the electromagnetic shield function and a heat insulating function are not degraded on an aging basis. SOLUTION: The moisture-proof sheet for the heat insulating structure is used by being stacked on an adiabatic member in the heat insulating structure having the heat insulating member to exert a moisture-proof effect. The moisture-proof sheet has a base body exerting the moisture-proof effect and a ferrite film formed on the surface of the base body. The ferrite film has a pillar-shaped crystal. The long axis (a) of the pillar-shaped crystal is 0.01 to 50μm and a short axis (b) thereof is 0.01 to 10μm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
