PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extra fine coaxial cable assembly used as a wiring material in a portable telephone, a digital camera, a lap top personal computer, and the like, and to expedite miniaturization of the portable telephone 23 by lessening the mounting area of a first connector in the terminal structure of the extra fine coaxial cable assembly. SOLUTION: The extra fine coaxial cable assembly is structured so that a large number of base end parts 45a of a first connection pattern 45 are electrically connected to one side end parts of corresponding extra fine coaxial cables 39 respectively, and is equipped with a first flexible circuit board 43 structured so that the pitch of the tip end part 45b in the first connection pattern 45 becomes smaller than the pitch of the base end part 45a; and a first connector 47 provided on the first flexible circuit board 43 and structured exclusively for the flexible circuit board so that a large number of first pattern side terminals 49 are electrically connected to the corresponding tip parts 45b of the first connection pattern 45.
