PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a disk cartridge in which dust attached to a recording plane of a disk medium can be removed. SOLUTION: In the disk cartridge 10, a case 14 in which a disk medium 12 is housed rotatably is provided with a head opening part 16 for accessing a recording plane of the disk medium 12, and one part of the head opening part 16 is opened and closed by allowing a second shutter 74 to rotate around a supporting axis 52 deviated from an axis center of the disk medium 12. A second convex part 80 positioned at a diameter direction inner side more than the recording plane of the disk medium 12 in a blockade state of the head opening part 16 in the shutter 74 is provided with a cleaning member 92 wiping out the recording plane of the disk medium 12 as opening and closing operation of the head opening part 16 by the shutter 74.
