摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray detector capable of reducing X-ray transmissivity in each purpose of use. SOLUTION: An X-ray emission phosphor containing lutetium (Lu), and at least one kind of element selected from oxygen (O), sulfur (S), selenium (Se) and tellurium (Te) is used as a material constituting a scintillator layer of the X-ray detector. Therefore, the X-ray absorptance in the scintillator layer can be improved in each purpose of use such as general medical use, mammographic use and industrial use.
