PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating device construction structure capable of surely locking a connecting electric wire for relay to a peripheral mat part, and being easily constructed. SOLUTION: This floor heater construction structure is electrically connected with electric heaters mounted on a plurality of floor heating mats placed on a lower face of a long plate-shaped floor material through a peripheral mat 1 to supply the power. A cable 3 for relay connection with the electric heater is inserted into a flexible duct 4, and the duct 4 is fitted and placed in a recessed groove 2 formed on the peripheral mat 1.
