PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet feeder, reducing the number of parts, simplifying the structure and improving the assembling efficiency accompanied by these. SOLUTION: This sheet feeder includes: a first sheet loading table 9 loaded with sheets P; a second sheet loading table 22 disposed substantially parallel to the first sheet loading table 9 and loaded with sheets P'; and a sheet feeding and separating means 13 for feeding the sheets P and P' placed on the first and second sheet loading tables, wherein the leading ends of the sheets P, P' placed on the first and second sheet loading tables 9, 22 are pressed to the sheet feeding and separating means 13 by turning the first sheet loading table 9. A holding member 21 holding the second sheet loading table 22 is constructed by one member extended in the width direction of the placed sheet, and the first sheet loading table 9 is supported in the turning direction by the holding member 21.
