PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assist steering truck for rolling stock capable of realizing the lateral pressure reducing effect at a curvature changing point by adding the steering function by the control to a passive steering truck. SOLUTION: The assist steering truck for rolling stock comprises passive steering links 8, 15 arranged between a steering turning body 2 pivotably supported by a truck frame 1 and axle boxes 6, 12, and actuators 9, 16 to perform the active steering which are installed parallel to the passive steering links 8, 15 while one end thereof is fixed to the passive steering links 8, 15 and the other end is fixed to wheel axles 5, 13.
