PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new preparation process of a thermoplastic elastomer composition with good balance in hardness and mechanical strength and excellent in rubber elasticity, high-temperature creep performance and, while being a thermoplastic elastomer, still excellent in molding properties and oil resistance, permanent compression set and a heat resistance. SOLUTION: The preparation process of a thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises steps of: (a) preparing a blended product of a (meth)acrylic block copolymer (A) and a thermoplastic resin (C) by mixing their melts at a temperature between the melting point of (C), Tm, and Tm+30°C and (b) crosslinking dynamically the (meth)acrylic block copolymer (A) by a compound (B) having the amino group by mixing the melt of the above blended product and (B) at a temperature higher than the blending temperature.
