PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-screening double-sided adhesive tape having light-diffusive/reflective function as optical properties for applying to various thin flat-panel type display devices such as of mobile phones, laptop personal computers, PDA(personal digital assistants) and car navigations, and to provide a back-light or front-light flat-panel type display device excellent in display characteristics through applying the above adhesive tape to further improve display luminance. SOLUTION: The light-diffusive/reflective-and-screening double-sided adhesive tape 1 is such that the light-reflective phase 4 side of a light-screening base tape 2 having the structure of black printed layer 4/base tape 3/metallized layer 5 is provided with a light-diffusive/reflective adhesive layer 7 that is dispersed with microparticles of a refractive index (n2) different from that (n1) of an adhesive in the transparent adhesive≥80% in light transmittance and has a light transmittance of≥80% and a haze (Hz, %) of 10-60.
