PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin-made lower frame flat sash having flat parts as much as possible. SOLUTION: In the lower frame flat sash wherein sliding doors 2 and 3 are stored in a synthetic resin-made frame body in movable manner, a bottom rail 40 has an indoor perpendicular section 43 and an outdoor perpendicular section 44 hung down respectively to an indoor side and an outdoor side from the lower ends, the indoor perpendicular section 43 and the outdoor perpendicular section 44 respectively form the lower end sections 45 and 46 inward of the indoor surface 41 and the outdoor surface 42 of the bottom rail 40, the lower frame 10 forms the threshold surface 11 moving the sliding doors 2 and 3 thereon in an approximately flat-shape, at the same time, indoor grooves 13 and 15 and outdoor grooves 14 and 16 respectively storing the lower end sections 45 and 46 of the indoor perpendicular section 43 and the outdoor perpendicular section 44 are located in the longitudinal direction, indoor sides 13a and 15a of the indoor grooves 13 and 15 are located on an outdoor side from the indoor surface 41 of the bottom rail 40, and outdoor sides 14a and 16a of the outdoor grooves 14 and 16 are located on an indoor side from the outdoor surface 42 of the bottom rail 40.
