PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conjugated elastic yarn showing less slip-ins and also prevented from impairment of stretching property in a stretchable woven fabric. SOLUTION: This conjugated elastic yarn is obtained by using 2 pieces of the conjugated single yarns obtained by using the elastic yarn as a core yarn and a short fiber as a sheath yarn, forming a double yarn by giving twists in a reverse direction to the twisted direction of the conjugated elastic single yarns. The conjugated elastic yarn is obtained by strongly twisting the single conjugated elastic yarns in advance and then forming the double yarn while adding the reverse directional twists to the twisted direction of the single yarns.
