PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat and water resistant sealed data carrier with a wireless tag, which is easily included in dish bodies of different materials by being covered from above, with which the presence of the data carrier is indistinguishable from the appearance of the dish as a whole, since the cover has a color similar to that of the dish in appearance, which is not damaged by heat or pressure in a manufacturing process thereof, and which does not allow easy adhesion of stain due to reduced steps. SOLUTION: The surface of the dish 1 made of any material such as wood, pottery, porcelain, glass, resin is previously formed with a recessed portion having the same shape as that of the sealed data carrier 3 with the wireless tag by molding, carving, grinding, or the like, and the sealed data carrier 3 is stuck thereto with adhesive and stored. Additionally, the cover 4 having the same shape as that of the joint surface of the sealed data carrier with the wireless tag and having a similar color to that of the dish body is applied to the recessed portion for good appearance.
