PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluoroscopic photography apparatus capable of stopping the rotation of a top panel of a fluoroscopic photography table if a cover of the top panel touches a floor or an obstacle when the top panel is rotated in a raised/lowered manner. SOLUTION: When the top panel 4 is raised/lowered to rotate together with a raising/lowering rotary frame 12 and the cover 14 of the top panel 4 touches an obstacle, etc. on the floor, pins 14e, 14f and 14g of the cover 14 are moved along fan-shaped grooves 14b and 14c and a long groove 14a of a cover 4b, and a panel 14d attached to the cover 14 is separated from switches 16a and 16b mounted on the cover 4b. Then, the switches 16a and 16b are operated to turn off the power supply of a driving part which rotates the top panel 4, and the rotation of the top panel 4 is stopped. As the obstacle, etc. is removed, the cover 14 is automatically returned to the original position by springs 15a and 15b, and the panel 14d touches the switches 16a and 16b, so that the panel 14d is returned to the original state.
