PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine wherein the volume of sounds emitted from a speaker can be set by the combination of operating means provided on the front and rear sides of the game machine. SOLUTION: Firstly, the resistance value of the second resistor 111 is selected and determined by responding to the operation by a rear side sound volume control switch 75 on the side of a game parlor from resistances R21, R22 and R23 while a resistance value of the first resistor 110 is selected and determined by responding to the operation of a front side sound volume control switch 120 by a player from resistances R11, R12 and R13. Thus, the volume of the sounds emitted from the speaker 15 is determined with the sound signal attenuated based on the combination of the resistance values of the first and second resistors 110 and 111.
