The rotary lead-through for the feed and/or delivery of flowing medium in an axial cavity (9) of a rotatably mounted machine component (8), has a stationary component (1) for attaching to a bearing cap (7) of the machine component and incorporates media connections (11,12) and a siphon tube (5), and is fixed to the bearing cap. A two-way insert (4) is provided in the stationary component as a siphon tube holder and a medium connection. The two-way insert has a tubular component with a transverse bore to accommodate the siphon tube.
