<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor and an image reproducing apparatus enabling a user to easily recognize the face of a person on camera. <P>SOLUTION: The face of the person is detected from a photographed image, and the face of the person is segmented into a predetermined size to create the face thumbnail of a predetermined size.
