<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a weight injection molding shoe where the weight can be set corresponding to each purpose and each bodily power, shank part is bent flexibly when walking or running, feeling of fitting is secured, durability is improved by firmly bonding the weight to a sole, and costs for manufacturing is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: An unvulcanized rubber sheet with metal powder 3 mixed therein is loaded in a shaping mould so as to position nonwoven fabrics 5 and 5 on the upper and lower surfaces of the sheet. After heating, pressurizing and integrally shaping it, it is cut off into the shape of a footmark smaller than the outer periphery of the sole to form the weight 2. Next, the weight 2 is set to the bottom surface of a California-type bag-like vamp 9 mounted to a last mould 10. Foaming injection molding material is injected to sole shaping gaps 13 between a bottom mould and side mould 12 and 12 to anchor the foaming injection molding material to the nonwoven fabrics 5 and 5, and the weight 2 is buried in the sole 14 to shape the weight injection molding shoe. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
