PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to continue traveling at ease even when there is a change in progress of an itinerary.

SOLUTION: An application used by the user 100 when traveling in accordance with a predetermined itinerary to carry out itinerary management and itinerary guidance is generated by the travel commodity management server 4. By executing the application in an onboard information terminal 1 of the user 100, not only is the itinerary guidance carried out, but a progress state during travel is managed, the progress state is notified to a facility 200 to be visited in place of the user 100, and the itinerary is adjusted in response to the progress state.
