<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device having a narrow frame and high display quality. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device is a display device provided with a liquid crystal panel 1 on which a display area 10 and a frame area 9 are formed, a plurality of gate wires 140a, 140b wired in a display area and a plurality of source wires 130 intersecting with the gate wires 140 and constituted so that a gate driver IC 14 and a source driver IC 13 are arranged on the same side as the liquid crystal panel 1. The display area 10 having a 1st area 10a corresponding to the 1st gate wire 140a and a 2nd area 10b corresponding to the gate wire 140b and arranged on the lower side of the 1st area 10a is provided with a routing wire 141a laid on the left end part of the liquid crystal panel 1 and a routing wire 141b laid on the right end part of the liquid crystal panel 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
