<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate type heat-exchanger formed by laminating a plurality of heat-exchanger cores, capable of suppressing local high temperature due to heat exchange in a part near the inlet to the gap between mutually adjoining cores. <P>SOLUTION: In each gap between mutually adjoining cores, a heat exchange fin 3a shorter than the length from the inlet 16 to the gap for the heat exchange fluid to the outlet 17 is installed in a position nearer the outlet 17.
