PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diet management system that can accurately manage the dietary intake state of every managed person. SOLUTION: The diet management system 1, which manages the dietary intake state of managed persons, comprises managing means for managing the dietary intake state of every managed person, and recording means set on plates serving a diet such that the managing means read/write data from/to them.
