PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a system capable of flexibly coping with the addition of new business forms and the change of a business form format in a short period of time and at low cost. SOLUTION: At the time of processing business form data, a data processing application 6 of an operator terminal 5 takes business form format definition data corresponding to the business form to be processed out of a business form format definition data file 2, and when the flag of process information corresponding to each item of the business form format definition data is necessary, data for processing for image, an item name and an item of the entire business form are allocated to each area of a multi-purpose image and displayed as an image for processing the business form data on a display part of the operator terminal 5. Thus, for the addition of new business forms and the change of the business form format, an image for processing business form data can be displayed and controlled only by creating business form format definition data of the new business form and changing and adding item names in the business form format definition data.
