PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of contributing to cope easily with the temperature elevating of a battery pack, on the body side of an electrical apparatus driven by using the battery pack. SOLUTION: The electrical apparatus (circular saw 1 of desk-top type) includes an electrical apparatus body (circular saw body 300), a battery pack mounted in the electrical apparatus body to supply a load current (drive current) consumed by the electrical apparatus body, and a temperature index output means (thermistor TM, etc.) to detect the temperature of the battery pack 110 and to output a temperature index signal. The electrical apparatus body controls the amount of the load current supplied from the battery pack 110 to the electrical apparatus body, when the temperature of the battery pack 110 exceeds a first reference temperature T1(°C), based on the temperature index signal (the voltage value of both ends of the thermistor TM) from the temperature index output means.
