<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the labors of both a preparer and a checker when one document is cooperatively prepared by a plurality of persons, and to flexibly share and prepare the document. <P>SOLUTION: This document preparation method comprises a process to set an edition method in terminal equipment 1(computer B) for a document prepared by terminal equipment 1(computer A), a process to set an editing function for providing the set edition method in the document prepared by the terminal equipment 1(computer A) and a process to set the editing function in the document prepared by the terminal equipment 1(computer A), and to disclose it to the terminal equipment 1(computer B). Thus, it is possible to grasp that the document is prepared by a wrong policy in an early stage, and to reduce the labors of both a preparer and a checker.
