PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger unit capable of detecting a hole in an exchanger main body while maintaining a sealed structure of a secondary side circulation circuit. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger unit performs heat exchange of hot water flowing in a primary side circulation circuit 2 including a heat source machine 8 and hot water flowing in the secondary side circulation circuit 4 including heat radiation equipment 14. The primary side circulation circuit 2 is constituted by an open circuit opened for atmospheric air, and the secondary side circulation circuit 4 is constituted by a sealed circuit. A temperature sensor 34 (temperature detection means) for detecting temperature of hot water is provided in the secondary side circulation circuit 4. When hot water in the primary side circulation circuit 2 flows into the secondary side circulation circuit 4 through a hole caused in the exchanger main body 30, the temperature sensor 34 detects rise of temperature of hot water to detect occurrence of the hole by rise of temperature.
