PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of pants utilizing stretchability of a fabric at a low cost without problems of slip or pressure by the fabric, satisfying fitting properties, moderate sense of relief and holding properties without feeling of pressure, and excellent in feeling of wear and motion traceability. SOLUTION: The pair of pants is formed by stitching a front body 11, a back body 12, and a crotch part 13 together with a front body piece 14 and a crotch part piece 15 made of a fabric having stretchability C in a connected direction with the front body, back body and crotch part and a back body piece 16 made of a fabric having stretchability D in a waist direction right-angled to the connected direction. The pants form an expansion margin and/or an expansion part 20 by at least one selected from gathers, tuck and darts 18 extending from the side part to the central side of the front body piece 14 so as to correspond with the private parts.
