PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyester resin composition that has excellent heat shrinkage, molding processability, mechanical properties, etc., and a heat-shrinkable tube obtained from the same. SOLUTION: The polyester resin composition comprises 30-98 parts wt. of a polyester resin (A), 1-50 parts wt. of a polyolefin resin (B), 1-20 parts wt. of a mixture (C) of a hydrogenated diene-based polymer and a copolymer of an olefin, glycidyl acrylate and/or glycidyl methacrylate (100 parts wt. of the total of A+B+C) and has the ratio of the hydrogenated diene-based polymer to the copolymer of an olefin, glycidyl acrylate and/or glycidyl methacrylate of 8:2-4:6 by weight. The heat-shrinkable tube is made from the polyester resin composition. In the polyester resin composition, when the polyester resin is blended with the polyolefin resin, both are compatibilized and the composition has excellent molding processability.
