PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cab door device of a construction machine having a structure in which the operation of a door to the totally closed door position can be achieved by a small operational force, and can be reliably achieved to the totally closed door position. SOLUTION: In a cab of a construction machine having a door 22 which is mounted on a side surface of the cab 14 provided on an upper turning body 13 in an opening/closing manner via a hinge 21 of an entrance/exit 23, and operable from the totally closed state of the entrance/exit 23 to the condition in which the entrance/exit 23 is fully closed through the rotation by substantially 180°, a rotary shaft 21a of the hinge 21 is inclined in the forward direction of the cab 14 toward an upper part of the cab 14.
