PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for making a seat slide impossible except when a driver intends. SOLUTION: Movement of an auxiliary bar 57 for enabling the seat slide is regulated by a horizontally long interlocking lock member 53. As a result, an operating element 37 can not be raised and the seat can not be slid. When the seat is moved forward or backward, the interlocking lock member 53 is slid to a position where the operating element 47 is operable by inserting an engine key 84 into a first lock mechanism 56 and rotating the engine key 84. The seat is not slid, even if external force is applied to the operating element 47, and a seat position that the driver intends can be maintained.
