PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for sanitarily using a toilet seat of a Western style toilet. SOLUTION: The toilet seat 3 is cleaned by arranging jetting nozzles 6 on the peripheral side of the underside of the lid body 4 of the Western style toilet 1 and jetting an antiseptic solution or a cleaning solution from the nozzles.
