PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fraud of a player with evil intention without giving discomfort to the player in playing. SOLUTION: The subject locking device 15 of a game machine 11 is characterized in that a locking fixture 35 is provided with a vertically tiltable hook member 44, a lock receiving fixture 37 is provided with a lock receiving part 81 for enabling the engagement of the hook member 44, a front/rear displacement member 87 having a hook member abutment part 95 extractable/retractable in the front/rear direction is rotatably provided in a font/rear directional clearance 100 between the hook member 44 and the lock receiving part 81, and the hook member abutment part 95 is adapted to move rearward in the clearance 100 accompanied with the rotation of the front/rear displacement member 87 and abuts on the hook member 44.
