<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas supply system of a fuel cell, capable of removing or capturing impurities in a gas without causing pressure loss increase of gas flow. <P>SOLUTION: (1) In this gas supply system of the fuel cell, an impurity removing device 3 is provided on the passage wall of a part 2 hit by the gas flow of the gas supply passage 1 of the fuel cell, so as not to narrow the cross-section of the gas supply passage in the passage wall part. (2) The passage wall of the part 2 hit by the gas flow is the wall facing the flow in the perpendicularly bent part of the gas supply passage. (3) The passage wall in the part 2 hit by the gas flow is the outside wall of the curve of the bent part of the gas supply passage.(4) The passage wall in the part 2 hit by the gas flow is the wall facing the flow of a separation part to two stacks. (5) The passage wall in the part 2 hit by the gas flow is the wall facing the flow of the end part of a gas manifold on the entrance side of the stack.
