<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure an environment in which a user can "indefinitely" know other workers' work content related to computer processing without ordinarily collecting information especially actively. <P>SOLUTION: When a worker executes predetermined processing on a computer, the work information and a related file are sent to a server. The server generates a thumbnail of the file and sends it to a user computer as work summary information combined with the work information. The user computer, upon receiving the work summary information (S50), displays an image of the information (S54) in an area on a display part unused by the user's work (S52).
