<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support provision of high quality services to guests by staff by allowing each of the guests to carry an RF ID. <P>SOLUTION: An RFID reader 4 is installed at positions in a hotel at a prescribed interval, each guest carries a key with the RFID tag 1 attached thereto, each staff carries a mobile terminal with an RFID tag 2 attached thereto, and each reader 4 searches the guests and the staff existing therearound on the basis of the RFID tags 1, 2.
