DRIVING STATE RECORDING AND ANALYZING SYSTEM, VEHICLE-MOUNTED SYSTEM, AND ANALYZING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify a movement of accident vehicles up to an intersection, and a temporal relation between the timing at which a traffic light at the intersection where an accident occurred changed and the accident vehicles, in accidents at intersections where accidents most frequently occur.

SOLUTION: A driving state recording and analyzing system comprises a vehicle-mounted system 1 that is mounted on a vehicle 100 and an analyzing device 2 that analyzes the recorded data of the vehicle-mounted system 1. The vehicle-mounted system 1 receives traffic light data including location information and lighting timing information transmitted from a wireless device 3 for a traffic light installed in a traffic light 110 at an intersection, in addition to location information from a GPS satellite 130, and records these data together with vehicle operation information and vehicle movement information as driving state information in a time-series manner. The analyzing device 2 recreates the lighting state of the traffic light 110 and the driving state of the vehicle 100 at the time of occurrence of traffic accidents at intersections as virtual 3-dimensional images.
